How to Play

OBJECTIVE — Invest $5,000 wisely over 10 years. The player with the highest net worth at the end wins.

EACH ROUND — A Market News card is drawn, setting Bull or Bear conditions. Dice determine how each stock moves. Then you buy or sell shares.

BULL MARKET — Generally favorable conditions. Most stocks tend to rise.

BEAR MARKET — Generally unfavorable. Most stocks tend to fall.

DIVIDENDS — Collected automatically from Year 2 onward based on shares held. Each stock has a fixed annual yield per share.

STOCK SPLITS — When any stock reaches $150 or above, it splits: your shares double and the price is cut in half.

THE BOND — Central City Municipal Bond never fluctuates. It always pays 5% annually. The safe harbor.

FINAL YEAR — No trading after the final price reveal. Net worth = cash + (shares × final price).
